1. This website (“HindianExpress”) is dedicated to providing an opportunity to Writers/Visitors/Users/and any person or identity (CONTRIBUTORS), of the website to exchange ideas and opinions, share video content, information, articles, pictures and any other materials (collectively referred to as ‘CONTRIBUTIONS’). By using this facility and/or posting any material, you explicitly agree to adhere to these Terms of Use.

2. The ‘CONTRIBUTIONS’ posted on this Site do not necessarily reflect our views. The Website does not make any representation or warranty for the ‘CONTRIBUTIONS’ posted in this Section, nor assumes any responsibility or liability for the ‘CONTRIBUTIONS’, nor any claims, damages or losses resulting from any use of ‘such materials’ posted. It is clarified that whether or not ‘such materials’ are published, you shall be solely responsible for your own ‘CONTRIBUTIONS’ and all the consequences of posting or publishing them.

The above licenses granted by you in ‘YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS’ terminate within a commercially reasonable time after removal or deletion of ‘YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS’ from this Section. You understand and agree, however, that the Website may retain, but not display, distribute, or perform, server copies of ‘YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS’ that have been removed or deleted.

The Website does not permit copyright infringing activities and infringement of intellectual property rights, and the Website will remove all those ‘YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS’ if properly notified that such ‘YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS’ infringes on another's intellectual property rights. The Website also reserves the right to remove ‘YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS’ without prior notice, or explaining any reason.

7. It shall be the endeavor of the Website to upload/publish as many of the ‘YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS’ that are submitted as possible within a reasonable span of time. However, the Website does not guarantee that all ‘YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS’ that are submitted will be uploaded/published.

You acknowledge that all ‘YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS’ are routed through the Website’s servers and the Internet and that, therefore, you have no expectation of privacy with regard to any such ‘CONTRIBUTIONS’. You are requested not to post any private information unless you want it to be available publicly. You understand and acknowledge that this is a public forum. Please keep in mind that whenever you give out personal information/material online, for example, via message boards or chat or through articles/videos/comments/views/reviews/etc, that information can be collected and used by people you don't know. The Website does not guarantee the security or confidentiality of any information you disclose online. You make such disclosures at your own risk.

9. We at all times shall endeavor to keep all systems working properly, however we do not guarantee that this Site will always be "up" or that it will always function properly.

10. You agree not to "spam" or attempt to broadcast in any way on this site. This system is not designed to function with large scale, mass postings. Such "spamming", or attempts to "spam", will constitute an abuse/attack of our systems and reason for legal action against you.

11. The Website cannot be held responsible for stopping any particular individual from posting ‘YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS’, nor can we stop or "filter out" any specific types of ‘CONTRIBUTIONS’ from being submitted to the site, including image links or URLs.

12. Although the Website may, from time to time, monitors or reviews ‘CONTRIBUTIONS’, discussions, postings, transmissions etc. on the Site. However, it is under no obligation to do so and assumes no liability or responsibility arising from the contents of any such communications or for any defamation, error, inaccuracy, libel, obscenity, or profanity contained in any such communication.

The Website may change, edit, or remove any ‘SUCH CONTRIBUTIONS’ that are illegal, indecent, obscene, or offensive, or that violate our policies in any way. Further, the Website reserves the right to remove or edit content from the Section at any time at its sole discretion. The Website shall fully cooperate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing the Website to disclose the identity of anyone posting such materials.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Website, its parent organization, officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from :

(iii) Your violation of any third party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right

(iv) Any claim that one of ‘SUCH CONTRIBUTIONS’ caused damage to a third party. This defense and indemnification obligation will survive these Terms of Use and your use of the Website.
